The portal for public sales was established by art. 13, paragraph 1, letter b, # 1 of Decree-Law No 83 June 27, 2015 converted with amendments by law 6 August 2015, # 132. In it are published all announcments related to enforcement proceedings and bankruptcy proceedings and other proceedings whose publication is prescribed by law. The data contained in the portal are up- loaded by the creditors, sales representatives, insolvency and other bodies subject to it. In each announcment is indicated the subject to turn to for information about published content. The portal is operaing since July 17, 2017. From that date on disposition to judicial authority it can be proceeded with the publication. It is possible to consult technical specifications, concerning the publication on the website of public sales and operating procedures for the conduct of the sale (telematic) of movable and immovable property s on the portal of the telematic services (http://pst.giustizia.it) in public documents, sales portal section.
